Did you know children lose 443 million school days every year due to water-borne diseases?

1-9 people do not have access to clean drinkable water.

Did you know, many children walk for miles carrying heavy water buckets for their families, the long journey makes them miss school.

The Prophet Muhammad (saw) said: “The best charity is giving water to drink.” (Sunan al-Nasaee)

During these blessed 10 nights, let's join hands with our TMH members and give sadaqa jariya, so we can help many children access clean and sanitized drinkable water.

The TMH goal is to build a community well for a village of so many children (and future generations) can benefit and transform communities from our joint efforts!

A community water well can serve more than 1,000 people and they are often located in areas where water is scarce. The wells are 1.5 meters wide and draw water from around 10 metres or more beneath the ground, making them dependable during all seasons. These water wells provide enough clean water for families, livestock and crops. When the basic necessities are met, children are then able to focus on attending school which will later help them, earn livelihood for themselves and their family.
