A Growing Community, A Growing Need Darul Khair Center (DKC) started with a simple yet profound mission: to provide Stouffville’s growing Muslim community with a space for prayer, connection, and belonging. What began in 2009 as a small rented unit on Main Street has flourished into a vital community hub. Alhamdulillah, thanks to your generous support, we have expanded over the years, but with the rapid increase of Muslim families moving to Stouffville, our current facilities can no longer meet the needs of our congregation. This Ramadan, Maximize your efforts! For every $2 donated, Islamic Relief Canada will donate $1, matching up to $250,000.00!

Why Support Our Local Masjid?
In 2022, we took a major step forward by purchasing land at 27 Winona Drive to establish the first Masjid in Stouffville—a permanent house of worship, learning, and community service. The architectural plans have been submitted, and we are now waiting for approval from the town office.
Now, We Need Your Help to Build It!
With Stouffville ranked the second most livable place in Ontario and the fastest-growing town in York Region, the demand for a larger prayer facility has never been greater. This Masjid will not only provide a dedicated space for daily prayers and Jumu’ah but will also serve as a center for Islamic education, youth programs, and community outreach.
