Flowing Mercy This Ramadan

This Ramadan, let’s turn our gratitude into action. As we break our fast each evening with a sip of water, millions of families around the world still struggle to access clean, safe drinking water. I am raising funds this Ramadan to support clean water initiatives through Islamic Relief Canada, helping provide life-saving water access to communities in need. Clean water means: • Protection from waterborne diseases • Relief for mothers and children • More time for education instead of walking long distances • Dignity, health, and hope Water is one of the most powerful forms of ongoing charity (sadaqah jariyah). Even a small contribution can make a lasting impact on someone’s life. My goal is to raise $1000 by the end of Ramadan. I wanted to create this fundraiser because I believe even small acts of mercy can ripple into life-changing impact. 100% of funds raised (minus any platform processing fees) will be donated to Islamic Relief Canada’s water programs. This Ramadan, let’s help quench more than thirst — let’s restore hope. Let’s not let our gratitude stay silent. Let it flow. Give water. Give mercy. Give life.

This Ramadan, we are launching Flowing Mercy to help provide clean and safe water for people who desperately need it through Islamic Relief.

Water is such a simple blessing, yet it is often taken for granted. Many of us forget how fortunate we are to have access to clean water freely, anytime we need it. We are truly blessed by Allah for this mercy in our daily lives, while millions of people are still struggling just to find safe drinking water.

For many families, water means survival, health, and dignity. During this blessed month of giving, your donation can help bring relief and hope to those facing hardship. The Prophet’s teachings remind us of the importance of charity, especially during Ramadan when rewards for good deeds are multiplied.
