Fund Orphan Care in Loving Memory of Abeer

Salam! Our prophet pbuh, stated “When a person dies, all their deeds end except three: a continuing charity, beneficial knowledge and a child who prays for them.” My name is Najwan, I am creating this fundraiser in loving memory of my aunt Abeer. She passed away in June 2025 الله يرحمية from brain cancer. Though her last moments were difficult, not a single soul who knew her remembers her through her illness. To know Abeer is to know kindness and generosity in its purest forms. She was a pharmacist who took pride in her work and helping those who needed it most. She was a sister, whom I witnessed stand by my mother in every struggle she overcame. And most importantly, she was a mother. She poured herself into raising 3 beautiful, strong, kind girls, and along the way shaped the lives of my siblings and I, and anyone who crossed her home. A warm hug was her welcome, a full dinner table was her love language, and an evening of laughter was her endless gift. My aunt Abeer did not know the easiest life, but she made sure everyone around her did. In Islam we believe in "sadaqah jariyah”, which translates to an ongoing charity that continuously benefits others over generations. In this case, giving hope and care to orphans who may otherwise never receive it. Abeer was a selfless mother to me and the closest people around me, it is only befitting for her to continue her love and care for those way beyond her death. May this charity benefit those who need it most in this dunya, and be a reason our Abeer, and anyone contributing to this cause, enter jannah. My deepest gratitude, جزاكمالله خير Najwan
