Her Dignity

We are raising funds to support Afghan girls and young women ages 12–20, especially those from vulnerable and underserved communities, by providing menstrual-health education and essential hygiene supplies. Many girls grow up without access to accurate information about menstruation or the basic products they need to manage their periods safely and with dignity. Through this awareness program, we aim to create a safe space where girls can learn about menstrual health, understand their bodies, and feel comfortable talking about a natural part of growing up. Donations will help us provide menstrual hygiene kits containing items such as sanitary pads, reusable/washable pads, soap, sanitizers, wipes, and other essential personal-hygiene supplies, along with educational materials. Our goal is simple: to help girls feel informed, supported, and confident, while reducing the barriers that menstruation can create for their health, education, and everyday lives. Every contribution, no matter the size, can help us reach another girl. If you cannot donate, sharing this campaign can also make a difference.
