In memory of my Nani: Orphan Sponsorship

In loving memory of our grandmother, who passed away in December 2025, we are launching this Sadaqah Jariyah campaign in her name. We hope to sponsor an orphan, and through this, pray that she may be among those the Prophet ﷺ described: “I and the one who sponsors an orphan will be in Paradise like this,” as he joined his index and middle fingers. May this campaign bring safety, care, and opportunity to a child in need, and may it be a source of ongoing reward for her, lighting her path in the Hereafter.

Her Name, Their Hope: Sponsoring an orphan in memory of our Nani

In loving memory of our grandmother, who passed away in December 2025, we are launching this Sadaqah Jariyah campaign in her name. We hope to sponsor an orphan, and through this, pray that she may be among those the Prophet ﷺ described: “I and the one who sponsors an orphan will be in Paradise like this,” as he joined his index and middle fingers.
This cause is deeply personal to me. Over the years, I have had the privilege of meeting orphans around the world, witnessing their courage, their struggles, and the transformative impact that even a small act of support can have on their lives. My grandmother raised three children with love and care, guiding them through life and shaping the people they became. Supporting an orphan in her name felt like a fitting way to honor her legacy and, insha’Allah, provide her with ongoing reward.
The Prophet ﷺ reminded us that “When a person dies, all their deeds end except three: ongoing charity (Sadaqah Jariyah), beneficial knowledge, or a righteous child who prays for them.” By sponsoring an orphan in her name, we hope this act of ongoing charity will become a source of light, comfort, and blessing for her in the Hereafter. Every contribution helps a child receive care, education, and hope—and keeps her memory alive through a lasting, meaningful impact.

May Allah reward you a million times over for your contribution.

With appreciation,
