Assalamu Alaykum! My name is Mariya Sharif, and ISNA Canada has been my home since I was just 6 years old. Over the past 4 years, I’ve had the honor to serve our vibrant community, first as a Volunteer Coordinator and now as a Programs Coordinator. It has truly been a privilege to contribute to the growth and development of ISNA Canada, an organization that has been serving our communities across Canada for over 40 years.

At ISNA Canada, we are driven by a bold vision—to build a unified and strong national narrative for all Canadian Muslims, from coast to coast. Our dynamic, young team is dedicated to creating programs that cater to the diverse needs of our community, ensuring that no one is left behind. Our wide range of programs at ISNA Canada is designed to address the needs of every member of our community. We offer a New Muslims program to help guide and support those who have recently embraced Islam, ensuring they feel welcomed and empowered in their new journey. In addition, we are proud to offer ASL classes for those in need of communication and accessibility, Islamic educational programs that provide deep insights into our faith, and youth programs that engage, inspire, and empower the next generation of Muslim leaders.
