Who We Are

The White Rock Muslim Association (WRMA), founded in 2006 in South Surrey, began with Friday prayers and expanded to organize events such as summer picnics, Eid celebrations, food drives, and Ramadan programs.

As membership grew, the WRMA established its Musallah in 2015 to accommodate the community's needs. However, this space soon became insufficient, prompting a move to a larger center in October 2023, supported by generous community donations and the Islamic Relief Masjid Support Program.

The WRMA is the only Masjid serving South Surrey and White Rock. It focuses on Islamic education through weekly Halaqat, Madrasah, MCNA weekend school, homeschooling, and other programs. We also offer health initiatives such as flu clinics and youth leadership training and have expanded into humanitarian efforts.
