Aiman's BC Hike Challenge
Our Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) was an orphan (he lost his father before birth, and then his mother as a child), and so supporting orphans was always dear to his heart. The Prophet (PBUH) said 'The one who cares for an orphan, and myself will be together in Paradise like this', and he (PBUH) held his two fingers together to illustrate [Sahih al-Bukhari 5659].
Providing for and supporting orphans has Islamic significance - orphans are mentioned 22 times in the Quran, “And do good to parents, relatives, orphans and the poor” [Qur’an 2:83].
By donating to this cause you can easily help a) provide basic needs for innocent orphaned children, b) invest in their future and c) support solutions to poverty and inequality which will impact their daily lives.
ALL children (including orphans) are the future and will be the generations to come. Please join me in making a difference.
Thank you!
