Odoo Fundamentals for Donor Relations

This course provides hands on training for Donor Relations staff on how to use Odoo effectively and accurately.


You will complete short instructional videos, knowledge-check quizzes, and practical exercises in the Odoo training environment. Topics include donor management, payment methods, one-time and recurring donations, tax receipts, communication preferences, and Orphan Sponsorship (OSP) workflows. Successful completion ensures staff are ready to work independently and confidently in Odoo InshaAllah.
